Life as a cat

I recently bought a cat camera to find out what my cats go up to during the day.  What I found was not something profound or existential but purely banal, as they were, to my disappointment,

...just cats.

Profundity morphed into absurdity as I searched through hour after hour of whisker footage, as, through the cat, I was spying on not only my neighbors,

...but myself.
